Hi, I’m Cali—a registered nurse turned strength and kettlebell coach helping women train with intention so they can get stronger, move without pain, and stay consistent for life.

My focus is on smart strength training, real-life nutrition, and movement you actually enjoy.

Because, I don’t know about you, but I’m not interested in “optimal” fitness that takes over my entire life, and I’m definitely not interested in running myself into the ground chasing aesthetics at the expense of my health.

I want strength, energy, resilience, confidence, and a body that looks good and functions well.
